Influence of manufacturing process of elbow on performance of X70 steel elbow
In this paper, the influence of the manufacturing process of the elbow on the performance of the X70 steel elbow is systematically studied. By using different heat treatment processes for the bent pipe material, combined with the trial production test results, a suitable bending process is obtained: the bending temperature is 900~1050 °C, the cooling mode is single-sided forced water cooling, and the suitable tempering temperature. It is 450~500 °C (Ceq≤0·39%) and 500~550 °C (Ceq0·39%). The inspection results of the first batch of 50 batches of 1016mm×17·5/21/26·2mm 三种1016mm×17·5/21/26·2mm, which were bent by the main pipe, and the first batch of 50 batches of 1016mm×21mm elbows were all shown. The X70 steel pipe bending process we developed is suitable.
